You may have heard that we Texans take our barbecue pretty seriously. It’s true! We’re a bunch of crazy people who will wake up at 2 a.m. to throw ribs on the smoker, or sleep outside to make sure that the fire is well-tended and our brisket gets the full 16 hours of cooking it deserves. When you care about barbecue as much as we do, you’re going to obsess over all the details – and that includes the sauce. That’s why we’ve developed these three sauces, all made with the best ingredients and Franklin Barbecue’s trademark attention to detail. Vinegar BBQ Sauce

Lard, have mercy! We may be Texans, but we still love a good Carolina-style sauce. Ours is heavy on the vinegar and light on the sugar, and will make you squeal with happiness. The classic move is to put it on pulled pork, but it’s also great on poultry, beef, and shrimp. This versatile sauce does not discriminate.
