At Franklin Barbecue, we believe great barbecue starts long before it ever hits the smoker—it starts with the ingredients.

That’s why we source only naturally raised, premium meats with exceptional marbling, tenderness, and flavor. Our brisket is always USDA Prime, our pork ribs and shoulders come from heritage Duroc-breed pigs known for their natural richness, and our turkeys are carefully raised for a clean, honest taste. We choose quality over shortcuts every time, because when the meat is naturally exceptional, the barbecue speaks for itself.

    We’re taking preorders now, for your Thanksgiving Turkey. These are fully-cooked, vacuum-sealed turkey breasts, ready to be reheated. About 2.5~3.5 lbs each.

We’re open Tuesday-Sunday, 11am until sold out.

Friendly dogs are allowed on the patio.

It's not uncommon to find Aaron sitting at a booth having a nice afternoon meeting here. Uptown is our home base for great food, cocktails and community. Serving up a Texan take on Louisiana homestyle brasserie fare and slinging classic cocktails from lunchtime ’til late-night. No rush. No fuss. Come as you are daily or nightly.
