All the ways to enjoy Franklin Barbecue

We’re open Tuesday-Sunday, 11am until sold out, usually between 2 and 3pm. Come join the line, grab a chair, and our friendly line manager will greet you and get you situated. Doors to the dining room open around 9am so come on in and stay awhile.

We take orders of 5 lbs or more for take out. Order up to 6 weeks in advance.

We offer drop off services, as well as full service catering. Drop us a line and we'll get it all figured out.

We’ve partnered with Goldbelly to ship our brisket and sausage, right to your door. Barbecue sauce, reheating instructions, and plenty of ice included.

While Franklin Barbecue is famous for the line-around-the-block experience and legendary brisket, Franklin Backyard is where you can enjoy that same hospitality without waiting in line and with the space all to yourself. From corporate luncheons and brunchy bridal showers to evening rehearsal dinners, we’ve got you covered with a setting that feels relaxed, warm, and unmistakably Franklin. We can even host midday events and lunches, making it easy to gather, celebrate, or get business done—Texas BBQ style.

Uptown Sports Club is the perfect space for anything from cozy under 20 person gatherings to lively celebrations of up to 150 guests. Whether you reserve a private section or take over the entire restaurant, Uptown delivers the ideal mix of neighborhood charm and effortless fun. Guests can sip classic cocktails, enjoy Texas-inspired Louisiana cuisine, and soak in the energy of East Austin from a historic corner on 6th and Waller.
