You may have heard that we Texans take our barbecue pretty seriously. It’s true! We’re a bunch of crazy people who will wake up at 2 a.m. to throw ribs on the smoker, or sleep outside to make sure that the fire is well-tended and our brisket gets the full 16 hours of cooking it deserves. When you care about barbecue as much as we do, you’re going to obsess over all the details – and that includes the sauce. That’s why we’ve developed these three sauces, all made with the best ingredients and Franklin Barbecue’s trademark attention to detail. Try them on ribs, try them on poultry, go wild and try them on pizza—these sauces will make your food sing!

Original Texas BBQ Sauce
We’re born-and-bred Texans and have a few thoughts about what Texas-style barbecue sauce should taste like. Ours is sweet and tangy, just like it should be. It’ll cut through rich, smoky flavors while still letting your meat shine.
